1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the YenAsore SaaS platform engineered by Devspace Systems ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("Church Administrator", "Parish", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Description of SaaS Services
YenAsore is a cloud-based church management software providing membership directories, digital QR barcode attendance check-ins, online offertory & tithes payment integration via Paystack (Mobile Money GH₵ & Cards), event digital ticketing, pastoral appointment scheduling, and multi-fund financial audit statements.
3. SaaS Subscription Plans & Payment Terms
- Currency: All subscription fees are billed in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵).
- Free Tier: Free Forever plan allows single church parish management (0 additional branches) with basic attendance and manual cash collection logging.
- Paid Subscriptions: Starter (GH₵ 150/mo), Growth (GH₵ 350/mo), and Enterprise (GH₵ 900/mo) tiers are billed monthly or annually via Paystack.
- Non-Refundable: All subscription fees paid are non-refundable except where required by Ghanaian law.
4. Church Data Ownership & Security
Each church parish retains 100% ownership of its member records, financial collection logs, and attendance data. Devspace Systems implements industry-standard encryption, SSL protection, and daily automated database backups to prevent unauthorized access or loss of data.
5. Paystack Financial Transactions
Online offertory, tithes, building fund pledges, and ticket sales processed via Paystack are subject to Paystack's merchant terms. Settlements are disbursed directly into the designated church Mobile Money wallet or bank account in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵).
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, spam messaging, unauthorized data extraction, or fraudulent financial solicitations. Devspace Systems reserves the right to suspend any account violating these rules.
