2. Information We Collect
- Church Administrator Account Info: Name, official email address, phone number, parish name, and branch details.
- Church Member Data: Name, phone number, email, address, gender, profile photo, and attendance history logged via digital QR barcode check-ins.
- Financial Transactions: Offertory logs, tithes, building fund pledges, and ticket sales. Payment processing (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, Bank Cards) is handled directly by Paystack; we do not store full credit card numbers or Mobile Money PINs.

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with trusted infrastructure partners necessary to deliver SaaS functionality:
- Paystack (Ghana): For processing inline Mobile Money and card payments in GH₵.
- SMS / WhatsApp Gateways: For sending attendance alerts and member notifications.
